The aim of the training module is to support active immigrants living in Warsaw, improve their leader skills and provide them with the knowledge and skills that will help them realize their own projects (especially non-governmental), both in theory and practice. 

Two training paths are realized within the framework of the training module:

Workshops on team and project management, raising funds, creating an organization.

These workshops are conducted in different languages (pl/ru/eng/fr) depending on the need. They provide information on formal aspects of the above mentioned areas as well as the practical knowledge. 

Training of Trainers workshops.

This path is divided into two stages. In the first part the participants will be familiarized with the theory of running workshops which they practice during a simulation. In the second they are given the task to run their own workshops (on any topic) for other foreigners.  

The training module was initiated in 2009 with a workshop for Frankish-speaking African leaders. To this day, as part of the first path the Other Space Foundation carried out 15 workshops on budgeting, project management, business activity and fund-raising. As part of the second path (Training of Trainers - ToT) three workshops were conducted for future trainers-foreigners, who in turn, at the end of the training, organized four workshops for the other immigrants (topics: the art of presentation, survival in Warsaw, writing a film script), another ten training projects are in preparation.
