Willing to bring the idea into life the Other Space Foundation started realization of three-year long project Pilotage of the Warsaw Multicultural Center with goal to establish basis for the future Center.


In the framework of the project we undertake different activities:

1. Activities supporting foreigners' presence in the field of culture:
•    We promote foreign artists and their works
•    We offer specialist seminars for artists and culture animators,
•    We assist at artistic events organization.

2. Workshops aiming at stimulating social activities of foreign communities in following areas:
•    Founding an NGO,
•    Undertaking interesting cultural and social initiatives ,
•    Project management,
•    Fundraising,
•    Organization management and development planning.

3. Legal advice point, helping in formalization of cultural and social activities of foreigners. In 2010 in cooperation with our partner – Development Beyond Borders Foundation.

4. We run an Internet portal www.cw.org.pl where every organization supporting immigrants and promoting multiculture in Warsaw can run its own information service.



Project is addressed to persons who are foreigners (but not refugees) and have come to Poland in lat 5 years from non-European-Union countries. Participation in the project is free of charge.

Activities of the Continent of Warsaw portal in the framework of the pilotage of Warsaw Multicultural Center run by the Other Space Foundation. Project financed by the European Fund for the Integration of Third-country citizens and national budget and by Culture Office of the Capital City of Warsaw.
