In fact, every day we face several situations where we have to negotiate either on a personal or professional level. Whether at home to talk about where to spend the next family vacation, or which purchase is more essential: a new washing machine or a plasma TV. Whether at work if you strive for promotion with your boss, or you want to exchange your weekend service with your colleague: your ability to negotiate is requested at any time and everywhere.
Your satisfaction with personal life and your professional success depends, in a large part, on how you manage to impose your own interests without losing sight of those of your negotiating partner - in the sense of proper balance of interests. Therefore it is necessary to know how to negotiate.
The target audience
